Initial Consultation – Let’s Get Your Plan Started!
Our initial consultation is a working meeting in which we’ll discuss your goals for your estate plan, and we’ll describe the basics of the estate planning process. To ensure we make the most of your time, we ask you to complete an Estate Planning Questionnaire and return it to us before the meeting. This allows us to prepare for the meeting and have an understanding of you, your loved ones, and the issues that will be important for your estate plan. After listening carefully to your needs and wishes and answering your questions, we’ll offer our recommendation on what type of plan will work best to meet your needs. We’ll also set up a timeline for completing your plan and provide you with the flat fee for your customized plan. The cost of the consultation is $400.
