Amendments or Restatement of Estate Plan*
Estate plans need to be updated from time to time.  You may want to change your designated guardians, add a new baby to the estate plan, account for an inheritance, add a vacation home, or address any other life changes.  Click here to read our recent blog post about the unintended consequences of trying to revise your estate plan on your own.

*If your estate plan was prepared by our office, we charge by the hour to amend or restate your estate plan to address any changes you want to make.  If your estate plan was prepared by someone else, we’ll talk about the best way to address the changes you want to make.
